  • Subramanian Ramadorai (Chairman) :- He has done his Bachelor's in Physics from Delhi University. Has also done B.E in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Banglore. Has done M.A. in Computer Science from University of California - UCLA. He is the ex-CEO & later ex-Vice President of TCS. 
  •  Ajoyendra Mukherjee (Independent Director) :- He has done B.E. (honors) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani. He is the ex-Executive Vice President & Global head of human resources in TCS. He serves as BOD in reputed private & public sectors.
  • Warren Harris (Chief Executive Director & Managing Director) :- He has done his graduation from Harvard University in Engineering. He is also the member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers & a Chartered Engineer. He is honored with PhD by Amity University & ex Chairman in Tata network from of North America.
  • Savitha Balachandran (Chief Financial Officer) :- She has done B.com from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore. She has done her PGDM in Finance from Symbiosis Pune & she's a CFA charter holder. She is ex-General Manager in Tata Motors mergers & acquisitions team.

Financials



  • In FY21, 9 new large multi-million multi-year deals were bagged by the company.
  • Tata Motors plans to invest Rs. 15,000 crores in the EV segment in next 4 years to launch 10 new EV since it witnessed a surge in sales.
  • The company is virtually debt free.

    1. Thank you for the feedback sir. Yes, the company isn't listed currently but its IPO will be launched around April next year so this was focused towards that.
